Abstract

50-GHz-spacing multi-wavelength-locker was developed. It consists of a temperature-compensated Fabry-Perot-etalon integrated in a transmitter-module with a monolithic–modulator and a DFB-laser. Its locking-accuracy is less than +/-10-pm and capture-range is more than +/-0.12-nm.
