Abstract

We show error-free 10Gbit/s, 25GHz channel spaced transmission over 8×100km SSMF without in-line dispersion compensation fiber. This is achieved using phase conjugation via cascaded sum and difference frequency generation in periodically poled lithium niobate waveguides.
