Fabrication of Wavelength Splitter Designed By Wavefront Matching Method

Abstract

We report the first fabrication of a waveguide device designed using our recently proposed wavefront matching method. We fabricated a very compact wavelength splitter having mosaic-like patterns, and confirmed its operation in experiments.
