Abstract

Various nonlinear optical devices based on carbon nanotube-polyimide saturable absorber are demonstrated. Thin film mode-lockers can achieve 165 fs for Er fiber laser and 68 fs for Er/Yb glass laser. Microcavity and waveguide structures can be fabricated.
