Statistical Analysis of MPI in Bend-insensitive Fibers

Abstract

We present a statistical analysis of MPI in bend-insensitive fibers and show that MPI penalty is minimized for a cable cutoff distribution centered at 1200 nm with the maximum value less than 1260 nm.
