We report experimental realization of various Cu/SiO2/Si/SiO2/Cu plasmonic waveguide components. Owing to low propagation loss (0.28 dB/µm) and low bending loss (0.52 dB/turn), plasmonic Mach-Zehnder interferometers with 18.7-dB ER are demonstrated.
