Tunable Single Mode Laser Array Based on Slots

Abstract

9-channel wavelength-tunable single-mode laser array based on slots is presented. A 27nm tuning range has been demonstrated with output power >35mW and side-mode-suppression-ratio up to 56dB over a temperature range from 5°C to 40°C.
