Abstract

The utility of the novel FOXYTM fiber optic oxygen sensor was evaluated for in-vivoassessment of oxygen partial pressure (pO2), while vascular hemoglobin oxygen saturation (sO2) was concurrently sampled by near infra-red spectroscopy.
