Optrode-Type POF Taste Sensor Using Dye Doped Hetero-Structured LB film

Abstract

A simple taste sensing system using a voltage-sensitive dye-doped LB films and a plastic optical fiber has been studied. Hetero- structured LB membranes composed of lapid molecular with and without fluorescent Rh-B dye contributed to increase in sensitivity.
