Inertial Sensor Components using Advanced Multilayer Polymer Waveguide Fabrication Technologies

Abstract

Polymer waveguide technology has been used in developing inertial sensor components. Low Vπ modulators were developed with a backscatter compensated design using polarizing waveguides. High performance and low noise were achieved in fully integrated transceivers.
