Quality testing of diamond-abrasive, metal-bond grinding tool materials

Abstract

Metal-bond tool materials, with a variety of bonds and diamond compositions, have been characterized mechanically and examined microscopically. The results illustrate the potential use of such testing to track quality, consistency, and predictability related concerns.
