Compositional Dependence of Structural Relaxation Behavior in the Ge-As-Se System Characterized by Length Dilatometry

Abstract

This study used length dilatometry to characterize structural relaxation in the Ge-As-Se glass system. Varying network dimensionality from a Se-rich 2D network structure to a Ge-containing 3D structure resulted in significant changes to observed relaxation behavior.
