Stitching interferometry for the measurement of cylinder

Abstract

A stitching interferometry based on the Legendre-Fourier polynomials offsetting the form error (cylindricity) is introduced to measure the shape error of cylinder. A cylinder with diameter of 75mm is prepared for an experiment.
