Abstract

Corrosion protection behavior of SiNx coated silver-mirror investigated with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and compared with results from humidity testing. A 3 Å NiCrNx interlayer between SiNx and Ag afforded denser SiNx film and enhanced mirror-durability.
