Applications of Mixture Oxide Materials for fs Optics

Abstract

By applying a modified Ion-Beam-Sputtering coating technology, and in conjunction with new design concepts, the damage threshold of fs optics could be doubled. Thereby, the thin film dielectric components were manufactured by mixing of several oxide materials.
