Abstract

CaF2windows were evaluated by variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometry and spectrophotometer from far-infrared to vacuum-ultraviolet spectral regions. Effect of surface polishing and cleaning was investigated. Optical constant of CaF2was presented from FIR to VUV.
