Evaluation of enhanced mirror for LMJ reflectors industrial production

Abstract

Possibility of enhanced mirrors for Laser MegaJoule reflectors has been studied and preliminary samples have been realized with Magnetron Sputtering technology. Spectral measurements of improved reflectivity and cosmetics analysis are presented.
