Abstract

We present two-photon imaging of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) production in mouse hippocampal neuronal cell line (HT22) using Peroxyfluor-6 acetoxymethyl ester (PF6-AM), a highly sensitive, small-molecule probe for selective imaging of H2O2 within the living cells.
