Abstract

We report the synthesis and photophysical characteristics of a two photon fluorescent (2PF) fluorene-based pyridyl difluoroboron-β-diketonate, which when incubated in HCT 116 cells shows superior accumulation in lysosomes in both isolate and encapsulated pluronics.
