Super-resolution Mapping of Flow Velocity Distribution in Nanofluidic Channels

Abstract

We will show a super-resolution mapping technique for measuring the flow velocity distribution in nanofluidic channels. The mapping resolution can be much smaller than the diffraction limit of the optical imaging system.
