A Scattering Model for Transparent Thin Films with Surface Textures

Abstract

Scattering properties of surface-textured thin films that are used in thin-film silicon solar cells, such as angular intensity distribution and haze, were calculated with the scalar scattering theory. Good agreement with measured data was achieved.
