Influence of the Increased Magnetization and Conductivity to the Terahertz Radiation Characteristics of Mn-doped BiFeO3 Thin Films

Abstract

We have observed an enhancement of terahertz radiation in multiferroic BiFeO3 thin films by Mn doping, which however was less susceptible compared to the drastic change in magnetization and conductivity.
