Abstract

We developed high-speed Terahertz Time-Domain Spectroscopy (THz-TDS) imaging system for large-area inspection of post matters. Fiber-coupled THz emitter and detector are mounted on a high-speed automatic stage for system-scanning imaging with the measured sample fixed.
