Abstract

Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy is a proven procedure for measuring molecular diffusion, analyzing chemical kinetics, molecular conformation dynamics, detecting sparse molecular species at nanomolar concentrations in femtoliter volumes, and observing biomolecular process dynamics in living cells.
