Role of Nanostructures on the Performance of a-Si:H Thin Film Solar Cells

Abstract

This paper represents a method to enhance efficiency of a-Si:H solar cells by using nanostructures. The role of plasmonic nanoparticles as well as nanotemplates on the performance of a-Si:H solar cell will be discussed.
