Combining rough diffuser with periodic nanostructures for light trapping purposes

Abstract

Light trapping possibilities of rough diffusers combined with periodic grating structures are investigated. A full wave simulation technique which does not require having random geometry and thereby avoiding a huge computational domain is proposed.
