New high-through-put bioaerosol enricher and identifier system is reported. Enrichment is realized by aerodynamic deflection of particles with UV-laser-induced-fluorescence spectra as biothreats. Identification of deflected aerosols is achieved with fluorescent antibody assay within microfluidic cells.
