Fabrication of Sub-micron Patterned Plasmonic Templates by LIL for Surface Plasmon Assisted SERS/SEF

Abstract

We report fabrication of large-area patterned plasmonic templates of sub-micron periodicity by laser interference lithography (LIL), and enhanced Raman scattering and fluorescence. The enhancement has strong periodicity dependence due to resonant excitation of surface plasmons.
