Abstract

NIR-to-Visible up-conversion emission properties of co-doped (Er3++Yb3+):Y2CaZnO5 nanocrystalline phosphor has been studied. With increasing sensitizer (Yb3+) concentration, the observed color tunability (green to red) has been explored for the development of visible display devices.
