Exciton-Phonon interaction in semiconductors with intermediate polar coupling

Abstract

The influence of excitonic effects on dephasing and relaxation processes in semiconductors with intermediate polar coupling is studied. Additional resonances in the optical spectra and strongly enhanced dephasing near the band-edge are discussed.
