Nonlinear spectroscopy of a charged GaAs quantum dot ensemble

Abstract

Time and frequency domain nonlinear spectroscopy measurements on a charged GaAs quantum dot ensemble identify negatively charged excitons. Spectral hole burning suggests not all states are strongly localized.
