Efficient 355-nm Generation in High-Quality CsB3O5 Fabricated by Post-Growth Heat Treatments

Abstract

Post-growth heat treatments of CsB3O5 enable to produce high-quality optical devices free from scattering centers. It has generated 14-W UV radiation at 355 nm, which is three times higher than that obtained by LiB3O5.
