Intrinsic Room Temperature Linewidth of CdSe/ZnS Nanocrystals

Abstract

The temperature dependence of a single (ensemble weighted) CdSe/ZnS nanocrystal absorption linewidth is measured. The results are consistent with electron-optical phonon scattering as the dominant broadening mechanism at room temperature.
