Abstract

We study charge-2 vortices in photonic lattices induced by partially-coherent light. In linear lattices both on-site and off-site excitations lead to quasi-vortex (quadrupole-like) solitons. Nonlinear lattices are twisted by vortex depending on nonlinearity and coherence.
