Near-to-Far Field Spectral Evolution in Plasmonic Crystals

Abstract

We report on a drastic near to far field spectral evolution in the transmission spectra of metallic nanoslit arrays. The far field spectral minimum is located exactly at the near field spectral maximum, confirming an equipartition of diffraction orders.
