Near-field fabrication of size- and position-controlled ultra-long nanodot chains

Abstract

We report the self-assembly of a sub-100-nm dot chain, which depends on the photon energy and has a deviation of 5 nm over 100 µm using a novel effect of near-field optical desorption.
