We demonstrate an ultra-stable, pulse-pumped source of telecom-band polarization-entangled photon-pairs using 1-mm-long PPLN waveguide placed in a polarization-diversity fiber-loop without temperature control. Full tomographic characterization confirms a purity higher than 0.94 and fidelity exceeding 0.96.
