Harmonics up to the 15<sup>th</sup>order are produced from solid targets using 3mJ, 30fs pulses focused to a spot size of 1.7?m and 3x10<sup>18</sup>W/cm<sup>2</sup>. Combined conversion efficiency to the highest harmonics is >10<sup>-5</sup>.
