Picosecond Few-Fermion Dynamics of a Single Self-Assembled InGaAs Quantum Dot

Abstract

Population dynamics, excited biexciton states, excitonic and conditional biexcitonic Rabi oscillations in a single quantum dot embedded in a photodiode are investigated combining ultrafast pump-probe techniques with sensitive photocurrent readout.
