A micro CT based tumor volume reference standard for phantom experiments

Abstract

To assess the bias in quantitative tumor sizing, a reference standard is required. In this study, we evaluate high-resolution micro CT as a potential tumor volume reference standard for use in phantom-based evaluation studies.
