Abstract

We demonstrate a high performance, highly manufacturable Single-Polarization Fiber (PZF), which offers a wide polarization bandwidth, very high polarization extinction ratio, and consistent performance within lot and from-lot-to-lot. We will also discuss on-going R&D projects involving PZF.
