Demonstration of multiple-channel wavelength conversion in a photonic crystal nanocavity

Abstract

We demonstrate multiple-channel wavelength conversions in a photonic-crystal nanocavity by employing nonlinearity optical effects of SiC and multiple resonances of the cavity. Also, we investigate the polarization of the wavelength-converted light.
