Abstract
Fizeau Fourier transform imaging spectroscopy (FTIS) yields spectral image cubes with missing low spatial frequencies. These spatial frequencies are reconstructed from normal panchromatic imagery, a model for the missing data, and a nonlinear algorithm. Simulations show that the reconstruction process can dramatically improve the fidelity of Fizeau FTIS imagery.
