Image Reconstruction from Nonuniform Samples in Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract

We cast the signal reconstruction in spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) as a minimization problem with total variation regularization. A cross-sectional image in SD-OCT is estimated directly from non-uniformly spaced frequency samples.
