Crossed-polarization Analysis of Guided Modes in Photonic Crystal Slab Biosensors

Abstract

We present the crossed-polarization analysis of guided resonance modes in photonic crystal slab biosensors. A good agreement between experimental resonance peaks and theoretical modeling is presented, revealing high-Q values in these biosensors.
