Abstract

Photovoltaic devices made from thin films cadmium selenide (CdSe) and cadmium telluride (CdTe) nanocrystals and poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) are studied. The temperature dependence of photovoltaic characteristics suggest hopping dominated transport in sintered nanoparticle films.
