Simple TOAD scheme for packet-level clock extraction

Abstract

Recently, several all-optical packet switches for ultrafast photonic networks have been actively investigated [1]. One of the key blocks in the packet switches is the packet-level clock extractor, which extracts the first position pulse of the incoming packet.
