Two-photon polymerization of photosensitive resins with femtosecond pulses and fabrication of microoptical devices and photonic structures

Abstract

Investigations of two-photon polymerization of photosensitive resins initiated by femtosecond laser pulses are performed. Applications of this technique for the fabrication of three-dimensional microoptical devices, photonic structures and micro-models are demonstrated.
