Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a new generation of chirped mirrors designed for Brewster's angle incidence. Dispersion oscillations are virtually eliminated and extremely clean 5.6-fs-pulses are generated. We show the general applicability for various spectroscopic pulse requirements.
