Ultrafast Few-Fermion Optoelectronics of a Single Quantum Dot

Abstract

Population dynamics, excited biexciton states, excitonic and conditional biexcitonic Rabi oscillations in a single quantum dot embedded in a photodiode are investigated combining pump-probe techniques with a sensitive photocurrent readout.
